<p>APPEALABLE ORDER — REMOVAL OP SYNDICJURISDICTION PENDING APPEAL.</p> <p>1. A judgment of the court removing from office a definitive syndic is appealable from suspensively, and pending the appeal the district'court is without jurisdiction to convoke a meeting of creditors to select his successor. The court does not lose its jurisdiction over the insolvency itself and the conduct of the syndic pending the appeal. The creditors also are entitled to the conservatory remedies necessary to their rights in the interval.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
