<p>Recommendation of central committee — Exercising functions of executive committee — Imperative upon state supervisor of elections, when — Appointment to board of deputy state supervisors ' and inspectors of elections.</p> <p>When the duly elected central committee of a party, which is entitled to representation on the board of deputy supervisors of elections in its county, does not select an executive committee but itself exercises the functions of such committee, its recommendation to the state supervisor of elections of a suitable person for its representative upon such board imposes upon such state supervisor the imperative duty of appointing the person so recommended.</p>
