<p>Municipalities. Contested election. Offer to qualify.</p> <p>It is unnecessary for a relator to have taken oath and executed bond, or have offered to do so, on or before the beginning of the term, in order to maintain by quo warranto a contest for a municipal office with one usurping the same.</p>
