<p>Elections — Nominations—Primary Elections — Pees — Reasonableness. It is not unreasonable or in excess of legislative power to exact a fee of $60 from a nominee for tbe office of governor, under tbe primary election law, based- upon a percentage- of the annual salary of $6,000, for the privilege of having the candidate’s name printed on the official ballot.</p>
