Syllabus
<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Claims for the payment of wild animal bounty from, counties are not such debts and liabilities of- counties as were contemplated to be assumed and paid by the state by the Enabling Act, under which the state was admitted into the Union, or by Section 1 of Article IX, and Section 3 of Article XXI of the State Constitution, or by Chapter 16, of the Laws of 1912.</p> <p>P. 272'</p> <p>2. Chapter 16, Laws 1912, authorized the refunding and payment by the State of only such debts and liabilities of the respective counties as are evidenced by bonds or obligations of like nature.</p> <p>P. 277</p>
