<p>SALE OP PUBLIC! PROPERTY — INJUNCTION-MANDAMUS.</p> <p>1. Mandamus to compel the district judge to reinstate a petition, under Code Brae. art. 303, by a taxpayer to enjoin the sale of city property, will not he granted; the district judge being vested with some legal discretion in the premises, and relator having the right to appeal, and to attack the sale by direct action in any other legal proceeding, even after adjudication of the property.</p>
