A claim for writ of mandamus in a public records mandamus action was denied as moot where the respondent produced the records during the pendency of the case. A request for statutory damages based on respondent's failure to accept a non-written records request was also denied because the award of statutory damages requires a written records request. Relator's request for statutory damages for the written requests was also denied because respondent produced the records within a reasonable time given the broad nature of the request.
