Notice precedent.</p> <p>In an action on an accident policy, the court held that the evidence as shown in the opinion, of the court was sufficient to warrant a finding that the death of assured was caused by accident.</p> <p>2. Insurance. Actions on policy. Notice precedent.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, section 3127, providing that any contract changing “the limitations prescribed by this chapter” shall be null and void, a provision in an accident insurance policy requiring notice to the insurer within fifteen days after the accident for which claim is made, is void.</p>
