REPORTED OPINION and ORDER granting plaintiff&039;s [86] Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record and denying the government&039;s [88] Cross-Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record. The Court remands the case to the AFBCMR and stays all proceedings until the remand period terminates. The Court directs the Clerk to serve a certified copy of this Order and the complaint, along with a copy of the Court&039;s docket sheet, to the AFBCMR. Joint Status Report due every sixty days, with the first due by 12/29/2025. The remand period shall terminate by 4/30/2026
