<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>A motion to vacate or set aside a judgment is addressed to tlie sound legal discretion oí the trial court on the particular facts of the case, and the determination of the trial court will not be disturbed on appeal unless it is plain that there has been an abuse of such discretion.</p>
