<p>The granting by the Supreme Court of a State of a writ of prohibition directed to an inferior court directing it to abstain from further proceedings in an action pending in it, and to a receiver of a railroad appointed by that court, directing him to turn over the property to a receiver appointed by another court ,of the State, presents no Federal question for the decision of this court.</p>
