Syllabus
<p>1. Damages—Mental Anguish—Akeest oe Child.</p> <p>A parent cannot recover damages for mental shock ‘and distress on account of the unlawful arrest and prosecution of minor children on a charge of malicious mischief.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>Not being liable for such shock, the de-. fendant is'not responsible for its alleged consequences on the health of the mother.</p> <p>3. Malicious Prosecution—Exemplary Damages. v</p> <p>The action is maintained as to the demand of the two minors for exemplary damages for unlawful arrest, and for malicious prosecution.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
