Syllabus

<p>1. .Navigable Watebs. . Deed of riparian land. Oonstruction.</p> <p>Where in a deed the land is described as bounded on the banks or shore of a stream, the grantee does not take title to the center of the stream, but the bank or shore is the monument and not the stream.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>Such a deed does not cover riparian rights in the water or bed of the stream lying along and in front of the lands conveyed.</p>
