Syllabus
The trial court did not abuse its discretion when it found Plaintiff-appellant in contempt of court for his failure to pay the temporary spousal support order. The trial court did not abuse its discretion by ordering Plaintiff-appellant to pay Defendant-appellee spousal support for a period of 35 months. The trial court, however, abused its discretion when it awarded Plaintiff-appellant parenting time in accordance with the trial court's standard visitation order. Judgment affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.
