Trial court's determination that property was husband's separate property was against the manifest weight of the evidence where husband deeded the property to wife during the marriage for the purpose of avoiding his creditors, thereby relinquishing all rights to the property, and demonstrating the donative intent necessary for the transfer to constitute a valid inter vivos gift.
