<p>Charitable devise in legacies — Act of April 26, 1865.</p> <p>A calendar month required by the Act of April 26, 1855, P. L. 828, is to be computed from a certain day in one month to the corresponding day in the month following. In the computation of a calendar month the day of the happening of the event is-not to be included in the computation.</p>
