Syllabus

<p>Railroad Company—Liability for Damage Caused by Fires.—A railroad company is not liable for damages caused by fire escaping from its engines, if such engines are in good order, properly constructed, and supplied with the best appliances in-use to prevent the escape of fire, unless the fire escaped through the negligence of the servants of said railroad company in managing such engines.</p>
