Syllabus

Trial court did not err by granting partial summary judgment in favor of the defendant in a personal injury action where the undisputed evidence showed that plaintiff's injuries from a fall on a hillside adjacent to the scene of the automobile accident were not proximately caused by the defendant's negligence. Judgment affirmed.
