<p>CONCLUSIVKNRSS OP VRRDICT ON PACTS.</p> <p>’.‘Where the evidence o£ witnesses for tlie plaintiff and defendant in a cause is so conflicting that the verdict of the jury necessarily involves a settlement of the question of credibility between the diffeient witnesses, this court, upon appeal, can not disturb such verdict upon the facts of the case.</p>
