<p>Highways. Board of mpervisors of road district can apply proceeds of ionds to constmction of any improved public road in district.</p> <p>Where a board of supervisors issues the bonds of a road district under the provisions of chapter 207, Laws 1920, and the resolution declaring the board’s intention to issue the bonds recites that they are to be issued for constructing improved public roads, the hoard has the right to apply the proceeds thereof to the construction of any road in the district which can be classed as an improved public road.</p>
