<p>Intoxicating liquobs—liability of seller for death of party purchasing. The seller of intoxicating liquor to a husband who becomes intoxicated by u, and, in consequence of abusive language used by him, is assaulted and billed by a third party, is not liable in damages to the wife for the death.</p>
