Syllabus
<p>Appeal — Decision—Affect Upon Parties Not Appealing. Under Bal. Cod.e, § 6504, providing that any party not appealing shall derive no benefit from the appeal except from the necessities of the case, eodefendants in an action of tort who did not appeal from a joint judgment against all, can derive no benefit from a reversal of the judgment on the appeal of another defendant, upon which a new trial was ordered as to such defendant, for error of law affecting all the defendants on the trial below.</p>
