<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>1. Parole evidence cannot be beard as( to occurrences prior to tbe issuance of an insurance policy.</p> <p>2. 'There was no waiver by insurance company of provision in insurance policy requiring property assured to be unimeumberefl, by company failing to ascertain by interrogation of tbe assured or by examination of tbe record whether there was any incumbrance on property assured.</p> <p>3. Failure to disclose chattel mortgage upon insured property at time policy was issued broke conditions, of the policy and ü&e policy became void.</p>
