<p>syllabus (by the court).</p> <p>1. The findings and verdict of a jury will not be disturbed when there is evidence tending to support them.</p> <p>2. The. Trial Court did not err in refusing to instruct the jury for a (peremptory verdict for defendant, under the facts in the case.</p> <p>3. It is not error to overrule a motion to make more definite and certain, where the matters sougnt to be made more specific are within the knowledge of the movant.</p>
