<p>Assignment — Notice—Death of assignee — Insolvency.</p> <p>The fact that an assignee of a chose in action does not give notice of the assignment to the debtor until after the assignor dies insolvent, does not defeat the rights of the assignee to the fund as against the administrator of the assignor.</p>
