<p>Ejectment—Pboof of Ouster—Possession.—In an action of ejectment, an ouster by the defendant may bo established without evidence that the land in dispute was enclosed so as to deprive the plaintiff of the possession thereof. Actual possession of land may be had without fences or enclosure.</p>
