<p>New raui—verdict against the evidence. This court has repeatedly said, that in cases where the evidence is conflicting, the verdict will not he disturbed, except in cases where the jury have palpably mistaken the evidence. It is not the province of an appellate court to reconcile a conflict of testimony.</p>
