<p>Justice’s Court—Action for Possession of Personal Property—Allegation of Value — Jurisdiction. —Neither the Justice’s Court nor the Superior Court on appeal has jurisdiction of an action to recover the possession of specific personal property alleged to exceed three hundred dollars in value, although the complaint prays judgment for a less amount in case possession cannot he had.</p>
