<p>Fraud: voluntary conveyance. A voluntary conveyance of land made with a fraudulent intent is void as to creditors and purchasers both prior and subsequent, and this is true, although the grantee in such voluntary conveyance was ignorant of the fraudulent purpose of the grantor.</p>
