<p>Highways. On appeal ■from order of board of supervisors laying out road, bond must be filed and approved before board adjourns.</p> <p>The bond required for an appeal under section 4405, Code 1906 (Hemingway’s Code, section 7085), from an order of the board of supervisors laying out a public road, must be filed and approved before the adjournment of the board for the session at which the order appealed from was entered.</p>
