Syllabus

<p>Tort — Justification of assault— Question for jury.</p> <p>The fact of an assault being admitted and the evidence being conflicting as to circumstances alleged in justification, the question is one for the jury.</p> <p>Tort — Mortification of feeling as an element of damages.</p> <p>Mortification to the feelings or personal humiliation resulting from a tort, is a legitimate element for consideration in fixing the damages.</p>
