Syllabus

<p>Municipal liens — Street paving — Front-foot rule.</p> <p>Where upon petition of property owners an ordinance of the city of Scranton provides for the paving of a certain street with improved paving, the cost thereof to be borne by the abutting property owners according to the front-foot rule, the peculiar conditions attending the work to be done in the case of a particular property may be regarded in fixing the amount of the assessment as to that property.</p>
