<p>Following the construction given by the state, court, held that where a charter for a toll-road provided that the privileges granted should continue fifty years subject to the right of the county to acquire it after twenty years, all privileges ceased on the expiratipn of the fifty years;' and the owner of the franchise was not deprived of his property without due process of law, nor was the obligation of the contract in ,it.s charter impaired, by an injunction, from further maintaining toll-gates on. such road.</p>
