<p>Liquor laws — Retail license — Refusal of license — Record.</p> <p>A final decree refusing a liquor license will be affirmed on appeal, where the record shows that the Quarter Sessions decreed, after a consideration of the testimony heard in open court, that “the license was not necessary,” and subsequently on a rehearing decreed that “a careful consideration of the testimony fails to convince us that any error wag committed by the court in its order refusing to grant a license.”</p>
