<p>Justices of the peace — Judgments—Gertiorari—When issued— Laches.</p> <p>A writ of certiorari to review the judgment of a justice of the peace must be issued within 20 days after the defendant has notice of the judgment, and if it is not issued within that time the defendant is guilty of laches and the judgment will be affirmed.</p>
