Syllabus

<p>1.Execution — Bevy on Immovables.</p> <p>The objection that the sheriff has seized immovable property before having exhausted the movables comes too late when made for the first time after the property has been advertised for sale.</p> <p>2. Same — Sale—Advertisement.</p> <p>Eor a sale which is to take place on the 25th of August, the advertisement is sufficient if published the first time on the 21st of July and the last on the 18th of August, and appears once a week in that interval.</p> <p>[Ed. Injunction — Dissolution—Damages.</p> <p>On dissolution of injunction, damages cannot' be allowed in excess of the statutory 20 percent., unless a greater amount be proved.</p> <p>[Ed.
