L. 288, wbicb empowers boroughs to pave public streets and assess tbe properties abutting on them by tbe foot front rule does not repeal Section 5 of tbe Act of June • 4, 1901, P. L. 364, as amended by tbe Act of March 19, 1903, P. L. 41, exempting actual places of religious worship from municipal claims for street improvements. There is no inequality if tbe Act of March 19, 1903, P. L. 41, is allowed to stand. .</p>
