Syllabus
<p>When, by the by-laws of a building association, it is made the duty of the secretary to give security and to receive and account for weekly dues, and there is nothing in the constitution or by-laws requiring payments to be made at stated meetings, payment to the secretary outside thereof is not a mispayment.</p>
