Syllabus

We affirm the circuit court's denial of a motion by the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission to compel enforcement of a settlement agreement. We reverse the circuit court's orders of protection, as well as its order dismissing the Commission's claims, and we remand the matter to the circuit court for further proceedings.
