Building Contract — Alleged Oral Agreement to Protect Adjacent Stone Wall Not Proven. ■ The record examined, and held sufficient to sustain a judgment for defendant in an action against a contractor for an alleged breach of an oral contract to protect the stone wall of a building adjacent to the place where the contractor was engaged in excavation- and foundation work for a new building.</p> <p>2.
