Trial court did not err in granting summary judgment when the only facts supporting the appellant's case required the stacking of inferences. Trial court did not err in not giving additional time to complete discovery and respond to the summary judgment motion when the trial court did not rule on the motion for over a year and no request for extension was filed. The trial court did not err in denying the motion to compel a forensic inspection of cell phones.
