Syllabus

<p>1. Evidence examined, and held sufficient to show a ratification by defendant of its agent’s act in taking a secondhand threshing machine outfit in part payment for a new one.</p> <p>2. In the absence of the court’s charge it will be presumed that the facts were properly submitted to the jury.</p>
