Syllabus

<p>Advérse Possession. Plaintiff holding lands for statutory period under belief that it is within the calls of his deed obtains title.</p> <p>Where a person is in the actual, open, continuous, adverse possession of lands for the statutory period and believes it is within the calls of his deed, he gets title thereto by adverse possession even though he claims only on the belief that it was embraced in his deed. It is the actual open, continuous, exclusive, possession under claim of right that confers title in such cases.</p>
