<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Attachment — Appeal—Dismissal op Principal Action — Review.—P When an affidavit in attachment is traversed and trial is had on the issues raised, an appeal can not be taken from the judgment, until final judgment is entered in the main ease to which the attachment is auxiliary.</p> <p>2. After judgment is entered for the defendant on the trial of the issues raised on the traverse of an affidavit for attachment, no appeal can be taken from such judgment when the plaintiff afterwards voluntarily dismisses the main ease to which the writ of attachment was auxiliary.</p>
