<p>Equity — Findings of fact — Evidence—Goal lease — Misrepresentations.</p> <p>Findings of fact by a chancellor that there were no misrepresentations made by the lessor of coal as to the quality thereof, if based upon sufficient and competent testimony, have the weight of a verdict of a jury, and will not be disturbed, in the absence of manifest error.</p>
