Syllabus

<p>Negligence — Master and servant — Dangerous machine — Insufficient instructions.</p> <p>In an action by an employee against bis employer to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from tbe alleged neglect of tbe defendant to properly instruct tbe plaintiff in tbe use of a circular saw, a verdict and judgment for plaintiff will be sustained where the evidence shows that the only instructions given plaintiff consisted of an opportunity to watch his boss saw three wedges out of lumber and an order to go on with the work.</p> <p>Appeals — Assignments of error — Answer to points.</p> <p>Assignments of error to answers to points violate Rule 15, and will not be considered, where they set out the points, but not the answers to the points.</p>
