DOMESTIC RELATIONS – DIVORCE – CHILDREN – CUSTODY – CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES – APPELLATE REVIEW: In ruling on father's motion for a change in parental rights and responsibilities, the trial court did not err in requiring that father demonstrate a change in circumstances from the date of the parties' prior agreed entry the agreed entry resolved all of the issues pending before the court at that time, and was a \prior decree\ for purposes of R.C. 3109.04(E)(1). The trial court did not abuse its discretion in weighing the evidence and overruling father's motions for contempt and for a change in parental rights and responsibilities.
