<p>Waters — Surface Waters — Drainage—Prescription.</p> <p>The proprietor above can do nothing whereby the servitude of natural drain due by the estate below may be rendered more burdensome, as by diverting the waters of one drain into another by means of a levee. Giv. Code. art. 6'GO. Where such diversion has continued for loss than 10 years, no prescription is applicable.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see Gent.
