Syllabus

The trial court correctly determined that Appellant's due process rights were not violated Appellant received proper notice that conditions on its property constituted a nuisance. Appellant was afforded an opportunity to be heard before demolition of the property was ordered. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in affirming the decision of the property maintenance board that certain conditions on the property violated the Englewood Codified Ordinances. The trial court's decision is unambiguous regarding demolition of the property. Judgment affirmed. (Froelich, J., concurring).
