<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Common Carrier — Lien of. — A common carrier has a special in- „ terest in, and a lien on property attached for freight due it for its transportation. *</p> <p>2. Garnishment — Practice—Appeal.—A garnishee is a party to the proceedings between the creditor and original defendant, and on final judgment being given can appeal therefrom.</p> <p>3. Attachment — Goons in transitu. — Goods in the custody of a railroad company, in tra/nsitu within the Territory, are subject to attachment.</p>
